The matter originated in the Business Litigation Section of the Massachusetts Superior Court, where our client, a closely held telecommunications company, faced a wide range of serious allegations. After extensive discovery and a detailed review of tens of thousands of documents, many of which our team had to aggressively pursue, it became clear the claims were unfounded.

The arbitrator agreed and awarded our client damages on the counterclaim for breach of contract. The case involved complex issues including fiduciary duty, corporate governance, commingling, veil piercing, and contractual disputes.
