Attorney Tonia Guarino has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. Tonia specializes her practice on residential real estate conveyancing, representing buyers, sellers and lenders. Tonia has extensive experience in negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements, managing a purchase or sale through closing, and reviewing title. Tonia takes a hands on approach to ensure that she keeps all parties fully informed throughout the closing process. Tonia also has experience in aiding clients in protecting their family’s future through setting up their Estate Plan in the form of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxys.

Tonia is originally from Boston’s North End Neighborhood, where she maintains deep ties to the community. She is also fluent in Italian. Tonia currently lives in Wakefield with her husband and 3 children. Outside of the office, Tonia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling and volunteering at her children’s schools.
