Attorney
Marissa Bertoli
Marissa’s career began in labor and employment law in Providence and Boston, but her true passion has always been real estate. In 2010, she became a realtor and in 2014 she made the full leap into the industry, founding and operating her own independent brokerage for over a decade. Based in Greater Boston and the South Shore, Marissa represented residential buyers and sellers with a level of care and insight that set her apart. Always eager to learn more, Marissa then leaned into her legal background and began handling real estate closings in 2021. With hands-on experience in both real estate sales and closings, and a legal background to match, Marissa brings a rare blend of business savvy and legal expertise to every real estate transaction. Marissa has experience representing both Buyers and Sellers in purchase and sale negotiations and representing her clients through to Closing. Her deep understanding of the nuances involved allows her to anticipate challenges before they arise—making the process seamless for her clients from start to finish.
Marissa is a mom of three living on the South Shore. She is passionate about fitness and wellness and is a co-owner and instructor at sandbarre, a boutique barre studio and fitness community in Marshfield. When not spending time with her family, she enjoys reading, live music, and exploring new restaurants.
