Lynn has over 20 years of experience planning and administering estates of all levels of wealth and complexity. In addition to receiving both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Suffolk University in Boston, Lynn also holds a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida and New Hampshire. She has an “AV – Preeminent” 5.0 out of 5.0 peer review rating on Martindale Hubbell and has an “excellent” rating on Avvo.

She has authored numerous articles and lectured on different estate and tax planning topics. She has also served as an expert witness at trial testifying with respect to gift and estate tax matters. She served as a member of the Tufts Medical Center Gift Planning Council to assist with fundraising with a focus on gifts and bequests to the Medical Center and Tufts Floating Hospital for Children.

Lynn lives in North Quincy with her two dogs, Samantha and Buddy. She volunteers at the Quincy Animal Shelter, and enjoys listening to books, kickboxing and watching the Boston Bruins in her spare time.
