Joanna Serago Novak is an attorney in the Litigation Group at Tempus Fugit. She is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney who has handled disputes in state and federal courts across the United States. With more than a decade of experience, Joanna has represented and defended manufacturers in complex litigation, with particular focus on matters involving pharmaceuticals, long-term care providers, and concrete manufacturers.

Joanna earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and B.A. with high honors from Vanderbilt University.

In addition to her practice, Joanna is committed to community service and pro bono advocacy. She has represented clients in protection-from-abuse cases and has assisted with name change proceedings through the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund’s Name Change Project.
