Yvonne Keusch is a business attorney with 10+ years experience advising corporate clients from start-ups to IPO’s. She began her legal career in two of Boston’s premier law firms where she focused primarily on health care related business and hospitals, both in the U.S. and abroad. Yvonne then moved on to become Associate General Counsel at an internet incubator based in Cambridge where she advised high tech startups in all stages of development from inception to multilevel financings. After taking a few years off to raise her children, Yvonne returned to work part time at a large, Massachusetts based sporting goods company where she managed and negotiated contracts with high profile assets and business partners.

Yvonne graduated with a BA from Boston College and received her JD from Boston University School of Law. She lives in Dover with her husband and four children.
