Residential Real Estate Attorney
Mary Frances Milburn has practiced Real Estate and Elder law for over 13 years. Representing both Buyers and Sellers in Residential Real Estate Transactions, Mary focuses on compliance with TRID regulations as well as individualized customer service. Mary currently holds the Real Estate Attorney seat in the Seaside BNI Chapter in Swampscott.
Mary graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law with a J.D. in the major concentration of Real Estate Law and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, Essex County BAR Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Massachusetts BAR Association.
Mary also holds an M.S. in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute/Hartford Graduate Center, and is a former business analyst and manager having held positions at Putnam Investor Services, Chase Manhattan and Chase Global Funds. She has worked in the mortgage loan industry at National Bank Alaska (now Wells Fargo), and East West Mortgage/Commerce Bank. She has a B.A. in Chemistry and a minor in Economics from Wellesley College, where she published research in organic chemistry with Dr. Stuart Rosenfeld. A graduate of Boston Latin School, Mary’s family has lived in the City of Boston since the 1850s.
